Went to Chic at Coventry yesterday and had no need to worry about buying in too much stock after all - because there were so few exhibitors in the main hall that they had to put in false walls to shrink the overall floor area.

Proportionate to that there were very few man bag suppliers - in fact we only got to talk to three and only one new one.

Once again we were enteratined by the ongoing saga of why we never get any bags from Ashwood leather - once agan they have been promised by the end of this week - watch this space: http://www.blokesbags.co.uk/acatalog/messenger-bags.html and see if they are there by the end of the week!

Added a couple of messenger bags from Hansson at the top end and by contrast bought a whole bunch of stock from Troop of London who make canvas bags trimmed with leather and they have some great designs which will fit in nicely into shoulder bags, holdalls, handbags, laptop bags, and messenger bags.

As soon as the weather brightens I will get photographing the new stock and get it up on the site as soon as possible.
